Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Squares
(Makes about 32 small bars)
Ingredients:
36 oz tub (or 2 logs) chocolate chip cookie dough
2 blocks of cream cheese
1½ cups granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Directions
Let the cookie dough and cream cheese come to room temperature.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl use a hand mixer to beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla till smooth and creamy.
Press half of the cookie dough onto the bottom of the pan and spread out evenly.
Next spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the cookie dough.
Place the remaining dough in dollops over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350˚ for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Let cool completely and cut up into squares.
