When you sit inside this car compared to Tesla/ BYD , it feels quality, there is no comparison … if you prefer Wish / Temu car bad quality for half the price , yes go Chinese or Tesla. It is so obvious
100%. Piano Black is the design element nobody wants. And ditch leather already. Polestar, Volvo, and Tesla use materials that are superior to leather in every way. No word on when these arrive stateside - and even Audi Dealers are in the dark if you call them today (October 9, 2024). Frustrating.
We've also seen recently there are brands that offer 'leather-free' upholstery, but then the steering wheel is still covered in leather. There's really no need for real leather to be used in cars any longer.
Anyone know when Audi is going to rework the Q4 E-Tron to use the PPE architecture? I don't need the size of the Q6, but I need closer to 275 mile range (US/EPA range) to get up to Breckenridge and back on a single charge in the winter.
The space in Q6 isnt what you think. I have Q4 and did the set front seat and go to back seat test to see space and tbh I had more leg room in Q4. (Im 6ft 3). The boot is supposed to be only 6 litres bigger and €30k dearer... WOW. The Q4 wont move to PPE. Its part of the MEB audi/vw/skoda layout and cant see that changing.
If you don't have anything worthwhile to say, keep quiet! No one asked you to watch anyway. These reviews will tend to be similar because the car being reviewed is the same it should be obvious .
"Inside the q6, it's the usual sort of audi quality that were used to deeing" You mean no physical buttons, haptic feedback BS, cheap plastics and ALOT of piano black? Seriously?? My audi from 2016 has better interior quality than this garbage. It's not only audi, Mercedes has done the same. Butchered the interior of eqe, compared to gle. Get less, pay more... Disappointed...
100%. Have Q4 mid spec and cant believe the cheapness of stuff in it and simple things that are left out for 2020. Ive never seen the lowest of spec audis look this poor. Trying to cut all costs to pay for EV production facilities maybe.
This Q6, for example, doesn't really lack any tech. Easy for Chinese companies to build cheap cars when you got extremely cheap batteries and goverment money lol.
@dr.andersonsghost4315 Are you high on something ? This is wayyy better than "Temu" Chinese or even Tesla cars. Watch the video again. This is based on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) from VAG. Same platform as the Macan E. This got new upgraded hardware and software infotainment. This charge faster and has more range than the current Tesla and most of chinese car on the market. It s a 800V architecture.

Nobody ever is a fan of glossy piano black but it is always there?! Why?!
Still ordered my Q6 Launch Edition Performance last week in Daytona grey 👌🏼
We keep asking the same question! Good choice of colour

How does it compare with the Polestar 3?
What is the name of color?

Also don't forget to mention that frunk is optional. Greedy audi
Just another review like every other. No additional or different information. Boring

The design and technology are behind Chinese EVs that cost half as much. The Germans need to get their act together. It's getting really late.
