Ours is a 900W microwave. The lower your wattage, the more you'll need to increase your cooking time. The higher the wattage, the less time you'll need.
It depends on how small is the smallest. The MicroPro Grill is 10.5 inches at its widest point. If your small microwave is at least 12.5 inches wide on the inside, it should work.

Check out the Mico, the original microwave cookware. Far smaller, but great for a sandwich or single piece of meat. Tupperware Microgrill is great for larger meals.

I was watching a video on this and one mention no salt added? so we are not to use salt in the grill?
I've heard that as well but I use it anyway. I salt most of the meats and I haven't had any issues with my MicroPro Grill.
