Yeah, I have no idea why people consider her to be mid-tier nowadays. She's still one of the worst matchups for characters with limited neutral options like Kazuya. She's very safe, superb range at neutral, insane combo damage, gazillion string mixups, gazillion knock down properties, and best/fastest wallsplat in the game. The only weakness I can think of is her lack of low options at neutral, but then most female characters have worse lows than their male counterparts. Her lows are far from the worst.
