NECESSARY MATERIALS
For dough:
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 g).
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g).
1 tea glass of warm water (90 ml).
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 tea glass of oil (90 ml).
5 cups of flour (600 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
For the filling:
1 egg white.
Half a tea glass of olive oil (45 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
Spinach (150 g).
Village cheese (200 gr).
For the above:
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon of oil (10 ml).
