wow, i play the trombone and like shes so good. She is good at moving her slide and it sounds really smooth plus she takes breath breaks at the right moment it just sounds amazing.
@Rattles Senpai wow so much detail lol yeah these are correct :)) ur very educated, imma remember to oil my slide often since i never do it haha
@@kaylin5900DONT USE SLIDE OIL! use slide cream instead! Slide oil will only gunk up your slide. Slide cream will actually oil it. I highly recommend trombone tine slide cream.
I’m playing this movement for an audition, for the trombone studio at Western Michigan University tomorrow. I’m not nearly this good, but i’ve never fallen so in love with a piece.

@@retrorenegade8562 You lost out because you did not go in with confidence! Must visualize yourself as a winner when you go into an audition or exam. Keep at it and think like a born musician. It helps.

Just beautiful Ms Bowers. You make it sound easy to sound beautiful on the trombone and by virtuosic at it! We both know that either/both require enormous time commitment. Brava!!
I’ll be playing the full song(all 3 movements) for a solo and ensemble competition in about a month, my first group one solo. Wish me luck and may my sophomore brain not melt once I start playing for the judges! I play euph and trombone, but I’ll be doing the song on euph since I’m not as capable on the trombone yet and I’ve only experienced playing jazz music on trombone.
