Couple suggestions for next time - a) suggest a community pot where absolutely no one has to donate but if anyone wanted to increase the prize pool they can and they are able to get a shout-out in the video for it b) make possibly a standard prize per round of say 20-40 bucks per match for the winner with the remainder of the cash going to the eventual champion. No negative vibes here, great idea dude.
