650 class vs 600 class is a little bit apple to oranges comparison. 650 class are usually geared towards sports touring while 600 classes are supersports type.

There is CBR 600rr which is same category to zx6r but not available in India.

I love both bikes...slightly biased towards ninja forever but the Honda is slightly better here for an average person for the following reasons :
1. Looks u may love or hate it...ps I love it. I love both actually but Honda looks very aggressive here.
2. Cheaper and still inline four engine. So u can feel the power and roar of a four cylinder engine. Avg guy will not race to earn but occasional pulling with friends for fun. So getting the best 600cc bike is not mandatory.
3. Relaxed/Upright position and higher handlebars will save your lower back from injuries and pain that can happen. Also u can ride the bike for longer times.
