it might be both entertaining and educational to provide information about the places/countries where these things happened. it looks like a lot of these can only happen when several things are lacking like weak to no laws or regulations, insufficient safety measures or education - plus ofc general stupidity. however, stupidity is global and omnipresent and yet these things probably happen mostly in places where laws and regulations are insufficient.
