Google says Su-57 costs $40m while J-20 costs $110m which is too expensive for the aircraft which should have been around $55m maximum compared to Su-57.
those figures are mere speculation. the source is yahoo which is notoriously amateur. not to mention cost of fighter jet is very malleable. cost of each aircraft is usually very expensive in the beginning of program when the full might of mass production hasn't kicked in to bring down the cost yet. but as the program mature and manufacturing process improves with better efficiency and sheer mass volume the unit price comes down
J- 20 has canards and moving vertical stabilizer. Without SVL still has super maneuverability.

You forgot about the avionics and weapons. In fact, how much of the electronic is self produced by that country. The ideal targeting system is going to be the AESA radars after the Electro-optical targeting systems. China produces a lot of cameras. However, can they sell it to other countries?
In numbers J20 seems better, I'd like to know about electronic and radio war systems. I've seen videos of SU57 and have extreme maneuverability, ain't seen much J20 but seems very similar.
Maneuverability does not matter much here since they r both 5th gen jets, most battles will take place BVR

Russia is more like have a home defense force with some occasions of war around its territory. Russia is actually countering the enemy's airforce capabilities with mobile and stationary anti air systems instead of air superiority fighters. In that field, Russia is more than ready for such number of F-35. There is a reason why pilots not too keen flying in russian airspace. China on the other hand, copying the US doctrine of projecting power, therefore needs a lot of aircrafts and naval units, especially aircraft carriers. They also have the money to do that, unlike Russia.
When it comes to the Chinese J-20, what it boils down to is their Air to Air Combat skills, when you consider this, therefore the Chinese J-20 had better have the best Ejection Seat, or did they forget that too 😀😃😄😁😉

China can boast in the quantity and cheapness of aircraft production, but not in quality.J-20 4++ , Su-57 5, besides, Russia will soon roll out its Su-75, Mig-41. Well, I want to wish China good luck =) the maximum thrust of the Chinese WS-10 is 14.2 tons. This is lower than the maximum thrust of the AL-41F1C u-57 engines of the so-called first stage, not to mention the engines of the second stage, Russian-made AL-31F engines were installed on the J-20.

J20 now has all changed to ws20 engine, which is a fully domestic engine for design and production.
China’s aerospace technology is advancing faster than any other country. 10 years ago they were making Mig21 copies, today they have one of the most advanced air forces, only outmatched by the US. The SU57 might win a fight today, but only because chinese pilots luckily havent seen combat yet. In a few years, the russians will be hopelesslu lacking behind
