I think his ability is killing someone who enters in contact with his blood, and probably substract the vitality from his victim Thats how he managed to stay young and alive because on the manga, sigma finds on his memories that he meet bram before he was on the sword, and on today's chapter we saw that he got stabbed by a guard who got his blood splattered and something started to happen with him When fyodor killed Karma, he said he cutted his finger with a bottle, and he touched him with the same hand he said he got the cut, and that would explain how he survived the helicopter crash The vampire that stabbed him got his blood splattered too, so maybe the vampire was able to survive the crash and fyodor was able to ressurect using that vampire vitality, and then changing clothes with him to fake his death (that was shown on the latest manga episode) Probable fyodor didnt used his ability on sigma and he wants him to know the truth for some plan or sonething.
