    If you get set up to train at home you can do 1 set to failure on all body parts or even just 2 or 3 body parts, which can give you a bit of a pump in 10-15 minutes. That's drastically better than taking the day off. Training from home has made it much easier to be consistent. The lack of women makes the weights feel twice as heavy though 😂
