Zuhair Murad knocked it out of the park again. I just love how this man channels inspiration from Middle Eastern culture and folklore, and basically creates magic on the runway.
The first word that came to mind when I saw this was "wearable." I would totally wear most of what he made, especially that green high waist pant-outfit with the turban and the red one-shoulder evening dress. I like one statement piece of bling on a garment, and some of his pieces had that exactly.
I feel like I have the best seat at the show, viewing it right from my home. All the close up and slow motion shots allow me to see the exquisite beauty of these designs. Brilliant!

They were classic, elegant, graceful, feminine, extravagant designs and I think it would be very difficult to pick one outfit I liked above the rest, as they were.all genuinely stunning!. Especially the wedding dress, which was glorious! He is a master of his trade. I could see any one of those outfits at the Met Gala!
I love the evil eye and the nod to astrology!!! This is a stunning show of breathtaking work! The evil eye has deep roots around the Mediterranean and the Arab nations. How the fabrics move on the body makes me speechless. How amazing that my eyes get to feast such beauty up close 🌺😍💕
I don’t know it as evil eye… but as Greek eye. It works protecting houses and people against envy and evil energies. All the dresses are astonishing and totally agree with you!
@@watermelonlover745 to each their own, but I am a fan of mixing in a little of the odd, unsettling or macabre with what would otherwise be a very classic look. I think it elevates the piece. I would feel powerful, like a sorceress, in one of these dresses.
I enjoyed every outfit. The ideas, patterns, designs, material, color and most importantly the bling are so well put together. When I look at the outfits, I see future events where they can be worn. Fantastic work Zuhair Murad.

Creativity at its finest, originality genius,pure and simple dazzling use of colour and bling, not a shimmer out place, mysterious,exotic, fantasy of starbursts stuff of dreams !!The cut and drape of the fabric is other worldly! Lost for words.

Designs are amazing, very feminine and majestic. My favorites are the stained glass patterns, white hoodie and the green turban. The models are all gorgeous including the three whose walks are not as polished as the others :)
@@ashleyriley6416 The bridal gown model is one that has some trouble. Don't know if it's the gown or her but she's having problems with her presentation.
You know, it was used a lot back in the hippie days, so were the astrology signs, just not in a cohesive collection by one or two designers. Betsy Johnson used some astrology signs in her hippie styles, just here and there, not enough to make it a statement of sorts. Purse and bag makers also used astrology signs to design a line of purses to put out in the 60’s - 70’s. I had one. Wish I had kept it. 😢
Utterly sublime. I love the fact that the models are slender, not thin. They look healthy and showcase the garments perfectly. If I won the lottery, I’d definitely commission a couture piece!
As a professional tarot reader I AM IN LOVE!😍😍😍 I would love to see a 22 piece collection with each piece being inspired by one of the Major Arcana. Dior did it and it is still one of my favorite collections ever....Especially their Star dress. But if this designer did it I know their collection would far surpass even the Dior Tarot collection. Beautiful meticulous work!😍🥰🖤🙏
When I saw the red dress with 2 crabs I had this feeling... it's zodiac themed. And it is! I love the focus on the beading and the wedding dress is now in my top 5. Muah! 💕

Speaking of clever a belt buckle already vaguely resembles an eye, but buckling a belt is also similar to threading the eye of a needle.
