I'm just really glad to see Paddy in good shape. I hope he STAYS in good shape because i can't take him seriously when he previously got So out of shape after each fight. It's just hard to think he's committed to it when you'd see that in the past. Stay focused man

Been a while since I’ve tuned into one of his vids. The last one I tuned into. Buddy was eating like he was starving. Gained all that weight. Now he is back to his original physique. Damn. I need this man’s dedication.

I understand that Goggins intentions with the workouts he does is more about building mental strength than physical conditioning; but with Tony being 39, it's even more important that he trains intelligently i feel.
Not only that but i feel like Tony is an old 39 because he takes a lot of damage in his fights. He has a lot of mileage. It's not like Wonderboy who is defensively very good and has been able to preserve his body pretty well.
And bad knee injuries

At 39 and as experienced he is he said he lacks motivation so bringing Goggins in forces him to train and prove to himself he can do it. They always say fighting is 90% mental so if it prepares him mentally who are you to say he's wrong?

But his last fight was atrocious...and the fact he walked around like he actually won that fight, is why fans hate him. Then he brown nosed Dana by shtting on Ariel. Just bad decisions all around.
