I’m only 14 and I do hard gel extensions with hand painted art on myself every couple of weeks. I’ve honestly never had a nail break or had any lifting!!! This was very encouraging to me for the future that just because one day I’m going to be a “Beginner” nail tech does not mean that I should be any less confident about charging what I’m worth!!!☺️❤️❤️❤️
As a beginner myself, when people ask me how much, I'm thinking "ok im just starting out and im not the BEST tech yet, but I'm not bad either".. So in my mind I thought starting low would bring in clientele, but what kind of clientele would that bring me? I'm liking the promos idea way better. Or asking for models to get my work out there, which is like what I did for school but now with my prices. I'm going to give this a shot! Great pointers!
Great video guys! I did that hand model promo 2 times and OMGGGG the results were amazing! I had at least 20 clients just from that post and 80% are returning clients!
Habib and Tracey - I drive an hour to my salon each day and I listen to The Biz Talk both ways! I absolutely love it!! Thank you for all the topics and the banter that you two share. It's awesome. I have a salon in Concord NH (Capital City) and I'm right on the new Main Street at a great intersection. I have raised my prices to relocate (because I wasn't charging for art at my last location). The Biz Talk has taught me how to be more confident in knowing that even though within a mile of me there is a sub-standard salon offering a full set for $25, my clients get the experience and expertise and education when they come and see me. Keep up the great work!! Thanks so much!! xoxo Erin Hallgren of Pure Ten Nail Spa, NH
This was a PHENOMENAL video!! I am in that VERY SPOT! I just finished school, sonI am a beginner by many accounts. I do good work and my timing is getting better and better, but I have no client base as of yet, and i want to gain exposure so that I can start building one. I don’t want to underprice my work because then I will not draw the higher-end type of clientele that I want to target, and it will be harder to bring my prices up to where I believe they belong, basically boxing myself in. I am DEFINITELY going to get a few friends and family to be my models and get my work out there.I will also be launching my own UA-cam next month, in conjunction with my Instagram account, and a Facebook account, separate from my current personal account, as well. Thank you such much for the suggestions. They are very much appreciated! 💅🏻💗💗💗
Yes to all of this! Habib, can i just say that i love how your passion for the business transcribes so well, and Tracey always putting her foot down about prices so clients can understand your worth! I've just started doing paid advertising across social media and in the local paper (the local paper has a big reach in my town) for a monthly promo. This month is free glitter art, next month i'll have a gel manicure special. My set prices do not change, but the promo's are getting people in my chair or at least on their radar. Promo's is the way to go. Cheap prices attract cheap clients. Remember that! Lets continue to lift this industry up! ✊🏼

I’m getting ready to open up a little nail studio just for myself and I was concerned about pricing because I’m basically starting over after not working in the industry for years. I’m about to start nails school soon and I’ve been thinking about this even now because I won’t be in school for long and I know In the long run I’m going to work freelance so to understand what I should be charging I’d so important because when it becomes full time will become my income
Love the model idea! Just msg close friends and family members to use. Already have 6 models! I’m a beginner learning at home at the moment and eventually going to school when it’s safe to. My quality is good and I have lots of trending nail designs stocked. Hopefully this will bring me clientele. 🤞🏼
my quality, timing, and everything is right!! but the city i’m in is so toxic, broke, in competition constantly… i feel like i’m always undercharging myself just to get the job done
where I am 25$ would hardly cover the product price. Not happening. 50$ is a low price for a set here Tracey is right on the higher price will signal better quality. Would I go to a low price salon? Sure, for a quick repair, not for a full set.
Over here in Perth, Australia, you can get a full set of SNS for $25 as a student or pensioner, or $35-50 for full price including paint at the end. Most salons are run by Vietnamese people with up to 12 workers at a time so they can each get a set done in about an hour. It really is a "get 'em in and get 'em out" mentality. It would be hard to price over that and remain competitive.
I'm am literally at this point I'm advertising regularly I'm about to go and finish my last 195 hours in school but I don't have alot of clients but I do charge for my work and it's good 2 weeks and they stay on lifting here and there but this was really good reassuring advice that what I'm doing is what I'm supposed to do thank you always for looking out for the newbies 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I would be really interested to hear your and Tracy's takes on pricing in and around middle to lower income areas! Coming from a rough situation and practically nothing, this will be my demographic for a while, and I'd love to know how the two of you would go about pricing for that
That is a subject we love to discuss! Location can mildly play a factor but even in low income areas you still don't need to lower your prices to cater to the demographic. Grocery stores don't change prices, gas isn't cheaper in low income areas. Your prices are your prices, period. No need to budget for your clients, nails are a luxury not necessity
YoungNailsInc “nails are luxury not a necessity” THIS RIGHT HERE. This will always be in the back of my mind from now on. We are artists selling our time and talent, there is clientele for everyone.
I'm in "small town" Indiana, surrounded by small towns. I just graduated nail school bout a month & 1/2 ago. I've mostly done friends, family & clients of the stylists in the salon where I work part time. I've priced middle of the road based on competition within 20 miles of myself. What are your thoughts on raising prices by maybe $5 in the next 6 months to year ? Once I get a better clientele & better times on my full sets.
I'm wanting to start a nail tech company from at home just so I can finish school and I'm excited to start this journey. I'm just wanting to make more money from at home and I just want to know if there is more advice?
Keep practicing, keep learning and taking classes and remember that building a clientele takes some work and effort. It may not happen instantly, but work on promoting yourself through social media and through your salon & you’ll get there!
Would love a vid and topic about speed when it comes to everything discussed in this video! Very good and slow versus not great but quick and how that factors in for a deeper/continued topic for next time. Hope you’ll get that video out sooner than later. Unless I’m commenting too soon and I haven’t gotten that far in video🤣🤣
this vid was SO for me. I'm a beginner and I have no friend or family on which I can practice or use to take pictures, etc, so this week I started to think in to ask for models and charge like a minimum or even not at all, but having complete control on the design or something like that . I was really hesitant about the hole thing, but this really encouraged me to do it
When I first started doing nails I offered referral cards. My client would take 5 to 10 cards with them, I would write their name at the top and they would hand them out to their friends. Anytime one of those cards came back to me the new client would get $5 off and so would my client for referring them. So by the time my client had $25-$50 off I have 5 to 10 new clients. And that new client could also take cards and hand them out. It honestly kick started my career and as part of the reason I am so booked today.
You could also offer gift cards to your models. Instead of offering them a free service, you offer them a “gift card“ for the amount of their service. That way they are very aware of what the service costs if they were to continue forward with you. And you aren’t devaluing yourself by giving away a free service, they’re getting a gift card for their time that covers the cost of their service. It ends up being the same thing for you, but subconsciously it’s planting the seed of them paying your prices going forward.
i have only recently come across your brand and i love it!! i love these ideas for getting new clientele and such. i think i just need to work on time so i can do the specials like 2 for 1. thank you so much for the amazing ideas ❤️
Great advice! Thank you so much for putting the time in to cover this topic as I’m sure there are so many of us who are going to benefit from this! 😊♥️
These biz talks have given me so much knowledge in my nail journey. In a few short weeks I will be licensed and I’m so excited to pursue this path. You guys specifically these biz talks and Greg’s tutorials have had such a HUGE hand in my passion to keep going. I will continue to support youngnails and this channel. Thank you guys so much, you have no idea how you’ve helped me ❤️😭
Wow this was definitely an eye opener. Would you recommend pricing initial full sets more expensive than infills/redos? Or making the infills higher in price than the one time full sets?
Where I'm from in pa for just regular(tips not formed) acrylic set it's $25 and that's with one color polish not gel. At least at the salons idk what someone doing it for themselves would charge
Thank you both, I've watched this video more than once as I'm just starting out from home (I watched that biz talk too! 😱). I'm still deciding on prices for infills and other art but I also want to keep them affordable. I will be making a plan for promotions for next month and October for Halloween nails xxx
I’ve tried the hand model strategy and my fb I have like 1.5k friends and got crickets. I did a live, I posted on my stories! No one responded🤷♀️😂Also after finally getting a hand model she never stayed around. Though I did get exposure from her.
Tracey you look gorgeous in a dress! You should wear them more😌 great video!!! I would like to hear your opinions about when you are doing good with clients, but wasting money on things/products and nail art that are not needed instead of making a profit untill you can afford those extra things🌼 that was a struggle for me to discipline myself to not over spend and budget for the necessities so that I could start making profit for the first year since I got Qualified. I see a lot of nail tech's struggling to make a profit or income because of spending money where it's not needed after getting qualified. Thanx for all your awesome content and business advice. 💞💞💞
This video was very helpful I appreciate you guys for doing this. I have a question my timing, I am still working on it but my Quality is there does it matter if am not that fast with a set?
I really like the two for the price of one idea! And putting on Instagram models needed. Starting a nail business in a small suite in the beginning of September. This video was super helpful. :)
I recently got certified in Gel and Acrylic nails. I think I do a pretty good job. My only concern is my timing. I take anywhere from 2.5 hours to 3 hours for a new set. Because I take so long I'm charging $30 canadian until I get faster. Just wondering if I'm charging the client appropriately?
I'm starting my business over the summer. And I'm doing $50 sets, I'm not charging for extra colors, and just making glitter a flat rate to start. After 6 months I'm charging regular prices. $30 fills.
Great topic, but I just want to say that Tracy must have busted some workouts! The difference between last year and this year, she looks great! Hard work! I only mention it because I am going through my own transformation and it has been hard work too ♡♡
Wish you guys did an informative video on your courses. Cost, includes, what we need to bring, hotels that are close with me I would be literally flying across the US and having that information would make planning for a class a lot better.
Hi Young Nails! If you're charging a lower price as a beginner technician say, $25.00 for a full set like you stated. Would it be recommended that you purchase cheaper products until you can up your prices for a higher priced and more likely, a better quality product?
Even as a beginner, we recommend using quality products rather than going a cheaper route. It is better to raise your prices and use good quality products. You will get better results and your clients will be more willing to pay higher prices for good quality.
. Initially I was providing nail models a free service but I saw that people were taking advantage. As opposed to allowing me to do a creative set, they had restrictions on color length, style etc. so I polled my IG following. I asked if I offer a $65 to 90 set for models should I be charging a reduced price? and my followers said they were ok with paying $25 to 35.
In england uk the average manicure goes from 40 dollars to even 80 depends on what salon it is and if it's a large and well known one but working from home and going to people its average is around near 40 dollars
Thank you for this video, great advice!! I live in a rural area not much industry and I Love doing gel nails. I found you on the internet and have learned so much from you and your products are amazing!! BUT!!! I am in that category of under pricing myself.. I have owned my hair salon for 43 yrs and now its time I have the sit down job! I charge $45 for a set and $35 for a fill. I feel that the fill is just as important than the set, also I added glitter this time and she asked is it more and of course it's Christmas so I threw ill it in just so she can spread the word. Do you think that's fair on pricing? I have competition others that are 25 miles away that they charge $45 so that what I 'm going by. I sure could use your advice on this. Thank you for your time
Sounds fine for now then as soon as you start getting busier up your prices. Even now be sure to charge for additives like art or glitter that's really where techs sell ourselves short we think oh it's only $5 but that $5 adds up fast
Hi i started to watch your videos i love how u do nails and i wanna start doing gel nails what u reccomend me how much should i do them? Do i need to use ph bond all the time when im doing gel?
Hi This was something I needed. Buy one get one free! My nails are good but I have no clients so I will try this option for sure and models too but how much should charge models ?
hi i know im late to this post but, for me personally i was self taught and trained as well but for me time was and still is a major factor. my work i just as good as the rest. however because i never really did much nails due to me not having a proper set up i hadnt enough sets under my belt to improve on my timing. also i struggled with pricing because i didnt want to be too expensive that no one would come and i didnt want to go cheap as no to cover cost or to make it seem as thou my work was cheap...so because of my low client list not because of my work but because i never marketed my work. where i live have sooooo many techs i usually got discouraged because i told myself how would i be seen among sooo many techs. my work is really good, but i'm still not reaching people.
With regards to your comments about charging $25 for a beginner being too low. I fully agree with this. I am charging about this price for my friends and recently went up to $30. I personally think that I do a very good job,the nails last they love them BUT I’m self taught. I am in university and presently cannot get certified at the moment. Do you think I can still charge more in the meantime while I save up to get certified? Thanks, you guys are amazing.
When would be a good time to raise prices? I've only owned a salon for three months and I know that eventually I'll raise my prices but do I raise it for current clients or just new comers? What's a good strategy for communicating price changes? I'm scared of losing clients.
What would u recommend for someone starting out in a small town, or in my case an island, where there’s not really competition but there’s the factor of everyone knows everyone which can quickly bring down clientele
I'm still learning how to do nails and is getting better and better but no one knows who I am I just trying to figure out how I can get my name out stuff .... Now i no thanks to you guys... I wanted to do a UA-cam channel but people always give bad comments to people for no reasons and stuff so I really don't want the drama
I'm not able to go to school until next year. But I am already making a name for myself with my own "crazy" nails in a very conservative community. Many people in the regular places I shop can't wait till I can actually give them a business card.
I know people who charging half the average price here in my hometown. I don't know if they have enough customers to cover their expenses, but with the prices I hear they have i don't think so. It goes without saying that at times we all make offers to attract customers, but I don't think that falling prices will bring more customers.
I’m a beginner and I have quality but it takes me forever to do a set more then 3 hours and I’m learning to shave time down in areas. How would I charge for that?
I think they should give value but not work too cheap people do want that but it's best to start at 35 dollars then as you have more experience keep it steady and put the price up a little but not too far up as there is competition
There are several ways you can do a 2 for 1. Here's a few options... -Buy a pedicure, get a manicure free, etc -Buy one service now, get the next one free -Buy one service, get a gift certificate for a friend
we actually have a great biz talk on this! try to advertise about "models" to put sets on or friends and fam. even doing your own and posting pics of your own nails
@@youngnailsinc Hi. I want to start the nail school but I need to practice, but how much can I charge just for practice? Because I can't have clients but I want to be ready when I finish the school.
What if you work rather slow? I take about 2-3 hours to make a full set of gel (three hours if nail art is included). Should I lower my prices because of the time the client have to be there?
I would say to expect the possibility of losing a couple of clients but if you are communicating clearly and ahead of time the clients you keep will appreciate your work.
if you do loose 1 client (highly unlikely) you have now opened up a spot for a new client willing to pay your prices, or you have gave yourself time to get home earlier while still making the same amount from your other clients price increase
Hi guys I just wanted to say how FREAKING AWESOME ALL YOUR VIDEOS AND PRODUCTS ARE. But this is my issue .... I’m a beginner and so far all the salons I applied to want experience and a following that I don’t have yet so I decided to work from home until I do. So do you think that is a good idea?
would really recommend as a beginner you get in somewhere with another nail tech that way you have someone to ask questions or bounce ideas off. of course sometimes it may be difficult like you are saying so I would say of course stay in practice on yourself or friends and family.
You know guys! We run our brow bar bussines ! It is very busy! But I m very shocked 😲 we started nails also 😳 but we Don't get customer, even we have more than 1000 regular client for eyebrows! So much connecting relationship with customers also! But I couldn't understand the reason? Xx
Thank you for taking the time to do this video. I recently started to do the nails on my family and friends, you mentioned to charge them the cost of the products. How can I do that math? - Thank you in advance ;)
What blows my mind is that I have seen video's of some people doing nails and charging big bucks....but I look at their work and think to myself....hell no....sacrificing time for quality???? No way! You better be damn good if I'm gonna pay that kind of money, and you can be sure that I will inspect the work......just saying.....I think that's why it is so important to develop a personal relationship with your client so that you know what they want, and by communicating with them from the start you are able to provide them exactly what they are asking for. That's what brings a client back......
I do my own nails when i just want nails or a set or experiment with designs etc but when i go to a salon i aint gonna lie i pay $60 to $70 just for my hands BUT thats because i can do my basic nails but when i go to a salon i always look for a more dramatic look that i cant do yet, so to me its well worth it considering i only go maybe 2 a year lol

Welcome!!
I’m so glad I found this video, and then your podcast option. I will be listening to this while I practice.
Awesome!
This is so smart
Such great advice. Tysmfs. I love the way y’all always keep it real no sugarcoating just always straight forward and real. Love y’all!!! 🥰🥰🥰💅💅💅💯💯💯
❤️❤️
Great advice! Thank you so much for putting the time in to cover this topic as I’m sure there are so many of us who are going to benefit from this! 😊♥️
thanks for watching!
Thank you guys so much, you have no idea how you’ve helped me ❤️😭
Hey! How its going?
Wow this was definitely an eye opener. Would you recommend pricing initial full sets more expensive than infills/redos? Or making the infills higher in price than the one time full sets?
Fills & backfills are less a than full sets
Where I'm from in pa for just regular(tips not formed) acrylic set it's $25 and that's with one color polish not gel. At least at the salons idk what someone doing it for themselves would charge
Thank you both, I've watched this video more than once as I'm just starting out from home (I watched that biz talk too! 😱). I'm still deciding on prices for infills and other art but I also want to keep them affordable. I will be making a plan for promotions for next month and October for Halloween nails xxx
Nice! Halloween nails are super fun
Best BizTalk yet!!!
nice
Hard to not want to buy aaaaalll the things right!?
@@youngnailsinc it's very hard lol, especially to learn discipline not to because of a budget lol🤣
This is a good one
This video was very helpful I appreciate you guys for doing this. I have a question my timing, I am still working on it but my Quality is there does it matter if am not that fast with a set?
Speed comes with time. Focus on technique and speed will follow
Thank u so so so so much
I really like the two for the price of one idea! And putting on Instagram models needed. Starting a nail business in a small suite in the beginning of September. This video was super helpful. :)
Happy you enjoyed it!
What are your thoughts on when you have clients who ask about birthday or holiday specials? How do you go about doing that?
I am taking product donations right now as a super beginner( no education) and tips and my friends are my guinea pigs as well.
Good for you, practice makes perfect
@@youngnailsinc thanks and I appreciate you guys getting back in a timely fashion... I'm definitely gonna be coming with questions!
Thanks for this!
I'm starting my business over the summer. And I'm doing $50 sets, I'm not charging for extra colors, and just making glitter a flat rate to start. After 6 months I'm charging regular prices. $30 fills.
Also do you guys have a video on how to go from doing your own nails at home to a professional setting with clients?
ua-cam.com/video/izAzspZABlg/v-deo.html
Great topic, but I just want to say that Tracy must have busted some workouts! The difference between last year and this year, she looks great! Hard work! I only mention it because I am going through my own transformation and it has been hard work too ♡♡
Thank you so much 😊
You guys are awesome ❤️
Love the information and great ideas really wish you guys made it to the nail event of the smokies for classes I would love to be able to learn more.
We would love to have you out for a course!! We will also be at nailpro sacramento in Sept would love to see you there.
I asked if I offer a $65 to 90 set for models should I be charging a reduced price? and my followers said they were ok with paying $25 to 35.
that is a great way to source information directly asking your audience love it
I love her!🥰
So do we
Simply the best! I love you guys!❤️❤️❤️ you help us all a lot with your good advices. Thank you so very much!❤️❤️❤️
so happy to hear that! thank you for watching
Thank you , beauitful
Such great advice, thanks guys for the tips and all you do for us💅💅💅🥰🥰🥰
❤️❤️ thank you for watching
This was soooo helpful😍
❤️
In england uk the average manicure goes from 40 dollars to even 80 depends on what salon it is and if it's a large and well known one but working from home and going to people its average is around near 40 dollars
Nice thanks for the insight
This was so incredibly helpful. Thanks you two!
Welcome
Hi i started to watch your videos i love how u do nails and i wanna start doing gel nails what u reccomend me how much should i do them? Do i need to use ph bond all the time when im doing gel?
Yes protein bond is necessary, we have great starter kits available at www.youngnails.com
Ok because when i do gel nail sometimes i dont use ph bond:(sometimes it chipped off so what are good products to use ?
Tracy that is such a good idea 2 for 1. Ty
Welcome
Hi
This was something I needed. Buy one get one free!
My nails are good but I have no clients so I will try this option for sure and models too but how much should charge models ?
For models maybe just have them pay cost of product.
Thank you
hi i know im late to this post but, for me personally i was self taught and trained as well but for me time was and still is a major factor. my work i just as good as the rest. however because i never really did much nails due to me not having a proper set up i hadnt enough sets under my belt to improve on my timing. also i struggled with pricing because i didnt want to be too expensive that no one would come and i didnt want to go cheap as no to cover cost or to make it seem as thou my work was cheap...so because of my low client list not because of my work but because i never marketed my work. where i live have sooooo many techs i usually got discouraged because i told myself how would i be seen among sooo many techs. my work is really good, but i'm still not reaching people.
It can be discouraging for sure just have to keep at it if this is something you really want!
Amazing info for a beginner like me
❤️❤️
With regards to your comments about charging $25 for a beginner being too low. I fully agree with this. I am charging about this price for my friends and recently went up to $30. I personally think that I do a very good job,the nails last they love them BUT I’m self taught. I am in university and presently cannot get certified at the moment. Do you think I can still charge more in the meantime while I save up to get certified? Thanks, you guys are amazing.
That is something that may get you in trouble if you are charging while unlicensed.
Fair enough. Luckily I just enrolled in an online certification to do while I’m in school. 💪🏼 i want to be as legit as possible
@@lelidomino in Florida Nail technician license is only 200 hours (aprox 3 months) and 1,200$ tuition.
Thank you so much guys! Great info helps alot. 😀🤗🤗
thank you for watching!
When would be a good time to raise prices? I've only owned a salon for three months and I know that eventually I'll raise my prices but do I raise it for current clients or just new comers? What's a good strategy for communicating price changes? I'm scared of losing clients.
We have a perfect biz talk already posted on this very subject! Check it out I think you will find it very useful.
What would u recommend for someone starting out in a small town, or in my case an island, where there’s not really competition but there’s the factor of everyone knows everyone which can quickly bring down clientele
Just have to be stern. That is an even better opportunity having minimal competition like that!
Love the advice.
❤️❤️
Great ideas to consider! 👌🏻
❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this.
thank you for watching
I'm still learning how to do nails and is getting better and better but no one knows who I am I just trying to figure out how I can get my name out stuff .... Now i no thanks to you guys... I wanted to do a UA-cam channel but people always give bad comments to people for no reasons and stuff so I really don't want the drama
there's always gonna be haters no matter the content you just have to do it for you
I'm not able to go to school until next year.
Correct
I am curious about pricing dip powder. If my full set acrylic/gel is $60, what should I charge for a dip powder service?
I’m a beginner and I have quality but it takes me forever to do a set more then 3 hours and I’m learning to shave time down in areas. How would I charge for that?
Here is a great video: ua-cam.com/video/aniJlS9tXto/v-deo.html
Great topic! I really needed this advice 🤗
❤️❤️
I think they should give value but not work too cheap people do want that but it's best to start at 35 dollars then as you have more experience keep it steady and put the price up a little but not too far up as there is competition
For sure
Does this applies to toenails sets
How do you do 2 for 1 if it’s just you alone and they probably don’t want to wait that long? How do you encourage them to stay?
There are several ways you can do a 2 for 1. Here's a few options...
-Buy a pedicure, get a manicure free, etc
-Buy one service now, get the next one free
-Buy one service, get a gift certificate for a friend
What would you recommend on trying to build clientele while you're still in school? Or just getting people in so that you can practice?
we actually have a great biz talk on this! try to advertise about "models" to put sets on or friends and fam. even doing your own and posting pics of your own nails
@@youngnailsinc Hi. I want to start the nail school but I need to practice, but how much can I charge just for practice? Because I can't have clients but I want to be ready when I finish the school.
Great advice Tracey 👍
❤️❤️
What if you work rather slow? I take about 2-3 hours to make a full set of gel (three hours if nail art is included). Should I lower my prices because of the time the client have to be there?
No you should not, you can eventually get your time down but as long as you are producing quality work thats what matters most
How do you deal with raising your prices and not losing clientele ?
I would say to expect the possibility of losing a couple of clients but if you are communicating clearly and ahead of time the clients you keep will appreciate your work.
if you do loose 1 client (highly unlikely) you have now opened up a spot for a new client willing to pay your prices, or you have gave yourself time to get home earlier while still making the same amount from your other clients price increase
YoungNailsInc thank you so much!!
The ones who appreciate your work and time, will value you more than those clients you may lose. ♡
Xx
Love this!!! Great info💖🙏 You guys are the best!!!💅💖
❤️❤️
What do you think about giving discounts to salon owners/salon employees as a booth renter? Should you give 50% off?
I would say 50% is a bit much but a discount for industry people is an interesting idea that you could try
Thank you for taking the time to do this video. I recently started to do the nails on my family and friends, you mentioned to charge them the cost of the products. How can I do that math? - Thank you in advance ;)
To find out exactly how much product is used you would need to weigh the product before and after each use
@@youngnailsinc Tks!
100% you shouldn't compromise quality or make your clients feel under valued
What episode is this on Apple podcast?
I do my own nails when i just want nails or a set or experiment with designs etc but when i go to a salon i aint gonna lie i pay $60 to $70 just for my hands BUT thats because i can do my basic nails but when i go to a salon i always look for a more dramatic look that i cant do yet, so to me its well worth it considering i only go maybe 2 a year lol
Great video
thank you
Do U do treatment plan
A treatment plan for what exactly?
For any type of nails service or new clients you have coming
I'm doing a course through open colleges which is through beautiful beginnings and was wondering whether any other nail technicians did this
