- Zabu is the newest card for the latest Marvel Snap Season Pass the Savage Lands -- and he feels just as impactful as Silver Surfer so far! It is still early days and this is from the first 48 hours of release, but he feels bonkers at the moment. Tons of different decks are now enabled and there's just so much to try! This list has a lot of lane lockdown as well as doom to tie it all together.

For those that dont have Absorbing Man or Dark Hawk - I sub'd in Moon Girl (to double spiderman) and Jessica Jones. Seems to be similar results.
I don’t have black widow any thoughts on who I should put?
@@TheiHakClan The point of Korg, Rock, and widow is to fill up the deck of your opponent for dark hawk so if you aren’t using him you can swap out those cards for something more your style of play. So I’m my case I would probably say like, Angela for Widow.

I just got Human Torch today & I finally earned enough tokens to get Red Skull out of the shop but almost every card I want in my deck seems to be drawn from my opponent like I got a chance to use Galactus yesterday 🙃 😅

Absorbing man happening once on Wong is intended! The on-reveal ability from AB states that he copies the previous one. Wong doubles THAT and AB only cast the ability once.
What are your thoughts in this zabu + Surfer list. I call it Surfing Pikachu:

I feel like this list has various win cons and combos. Not reliant on Zabu or Surfer. But thoughts?
Is the mystique to copy Zabu?
@cloutjumper wong and goose mainly. Zabu is a bit overkill.
People enchantress or cosmo wong lanes so having a back up is cool and then when you stack combos happens.
Also, Mystique gets the surfer buff being a 3 cost.
Lacking Goose, Black Widow and more importantly, Darkhawk. Got the rest of cards, but still gonna be a preeeetty long while till i can play this.
I had Aero pinned in my shop for 5 days, she decided to unpin herself and go away so that is pretty epic :(
same happened to me with Brood. it was right after surfer came out and it killed my surfer deck.
Zabu counters exist... that's the fun of a competitive game. Figuring out how to counter the meta, learning adaptability, learning when to retreat... I understand that people want to win but if I have to counter and read players for a plethora of other cards, then why should I worry about Zabu? It's a part of the game.
I actually play my Magneto/Aero/Kingpin deck to counter Zabu. I call it my Kill Zabu deck. Its fun. I also use Juggernaught to mess things up.

I feel like Rockslide shouldn't be 4 cost.
Shuffling 2 rocks into opponent's deck, after turn 4, could definitely lock them out of their draw, but by that point they already drew at least 7 of their 12 cards. They probably have what they're looking for, at that point.
Rockslide have solid stats tho, The Thing is a 4/6 without any abilities. Also the rocks add cards to opponent decks which allow combos with card like darkhawk that power increases by 2 for each card in enemy deck
Zabu card should read: Set 4 cost cards to 2, instead of reducing 2. Reducing cards to 1 is crazy. It's so broken RN, and feels like there is no counterplay vs double spiderman.
Sandman
Double Spiderman is a retreat trigger, not a win. Retreat on the early snap unless you're playing Patriot/Ultron, which puts Zabu over a knee.
Setting cost can be either buff or a nerf from location but you can still reduce its cost with sera anyways like wave
I mean it wouldn’t make a difference you still can get sera and reduce to 1 still. But zabu is not hard to counter. And some people don’t know how to run it correctly any way.

Have She-Hulk Pinned would Absorbing Man be a better grab these days though?
If you have surfer and zabu id say absorbing man is slightly better. She hulk is great tho
I’ve tried this deck. It’s very cheesy. I did find it to be a bit too inconsistent though.

No one can buy anything in the token shop because they give out 1 token per month on average and it costs ~1,000,000 tokens to buy anything worthwhile
Personally I think Dare Devil is better tan Black Widow for knowing where to play those Spidey's
Why does the game end after he plays storm on mid at 3:00?
Because the location got changed from there is a turn 7 to this location is flooded. It removes the extra turn

this tier S decks are sooo expensive... and are sooo consistent... very frustrating the way pool 4 and 5 cards work sadly... to get to infinite i can only compete against this with elektro disrupt, that is a very boring deck to play (leech, sandman, leader, aero, magneto)

Leave Zabu alone. I’ve had plenty of games so far where I don’t get to play him on curve or even draw him and still pull out wins. Just play smart my dudes
