Thank you for your feedback. There is a covered car parking building, just next to the residential building. Lots of parking spaces for residents. Yes there is Wifi, and packages are available depending on your preference of wifi speed. Seafront pool is fine yes, and there is also the main pool just in front of the lobby area and next to the fitness room/gym. The maintenance fee is 45 THB per sqm as mentioned at 0:35 in the video. They are selling theses because there is a legal dispute about the pool being built on public property the beach. What is going on with that?

Thank you for your comment. The properties are not for sale because of a dispute, the sellers would simply like to list their properties for sale. There is no issue with the location of the second sea-side pool, and it is open to residents to use. There are a number of unfinished villas between the hi-rise building and the sea-side pool, this is separate from the condominium itself.
