To naturally unlock character megas, you need to hit around 70 affinity for them. Don't forget to talk to then when they're alone in an environment to do this. You may need to save scum to make sure you hit the correct box to increase affinity.
Also need be in a cirtain chapter or beyond before it let u but also you can unlock s mega by getting some endings the characters alternate megas unlock ehen u get the ending related to them
IDK why they chose to abbreviate "battle" in the game. I can't help but laugh every time i see *Start Bat." Although not battle related, I like how you can save the game in the middle of cutscenes. I'm trying to boost the affinities of others, so saving right before I make a selection is appreciated. It's so easy to load up and choose the better selection.
I believe only their mega is tied to affinity, their champions are all story based and I havent got that far yet but I believe their ultimate are also story based.
Recruitment is tied your Karma points, higher Wrath will make virus Digimon like Gazumon easier to recruit, Harmony is Data and and Moral is Vaccine so it totally possible that Gazumon was easy to recruit for some, for me it was 25% because I had 0 Wrath but higher Moral and Hammond so they others were much easier to recruit.
Yeah Target listed my physical preorder as "Backordered" on the day of release and I was NOT a happy camper as a physical collector, but SD cards are easy enough to buy in large sizes and the game is great so at least there's that! This release was really weak though and I'm used to the crud SMT/Persona gets so that's saying something!

No it is based on your karma points, the higher you Wrath, Harmony or Moral the easier it is to recruit Virus, Data and Vaccine Digimon. Vaccine = Moral, Data = Harmony and Virus = Wrath.

One thing I would add is your digimon you use will still get exp even if they fainted in battle.

Ooh that's a good one! Also the abbreviations are a bit over the top at times. Another UA-camr attributed it to lazy translation but idk.
I mean it is a visual novel, most visual novels allow u to save whenever u want (especially ones that use Renpy).

Affinity also digivolve your friends digimon. It’s not story based evolution. They will only evolve if you have high affinity.

I hope we get DLC, I want BlackWarGreymon and BanchoLeomon. I was surprised we got SabreLeomon, no hate but I didn't expect that.
Its cuz SaberLeomon was shown first in the original anime before BanchoLeomon came around.
I mean SaberLeomon is Leomons natural Mega so that makes sense, BanchLeomon is Leomons side Mega.

I once stunned champion/ult digimon, and when i try to recruit it , the chance is 78% , is it bcs of stunned ?
As far as I'm aware your affinity, using a matching type to talk, and scoring maximum bars from the questions are what affects the chance.

difficulty changes boosts the base stats or reduces them, once recruited they still have base stats.
