Don't expect to end with points, just have fun! League F.A.Q: 1: Any regrets? No. 2: Which is the best area/relic? Depends on your overall goals with the League, choose the fun option, don't worry too much about your DPS, you do a ton regardless of what you pick. 3: Why Tirwaanwynann on the Melee? Just for fun, no other regions offer a lot for 3rd pick as a Melee. I wanted to do busted fast Gauntlet too. 4: T6: Ruinious or Farming? Ruinous = Damage, Farming = ez life and decent points. (Damage isn't everything, but its v good for Melee builds that do NOT take Kandarin (no Piety). 5: T7: Soul Stealer or Beserker for my build? Do you want Damage or Sustain? SS = Sustain, Bes = DMG. 6: T8: Undying, Guardian, or Exe? Exe = good for ToB, Guardian = covers weaknesses, safe pick that's good for CoX/ToA. Undying = good for beserkers/new to higher level content, decent skill ceiling. 7: Is there still time to play the League? Yeah totally, it's even better now ideas and routes/metas have been established. You're not competing vs others so just choose a route and have fun + get some rewards at the end. ToB is arguably harder to get into without a team or players you can group with from Main Game, ToA/CoX are ezpz to get into.
Glad to see you had a good time, and I took a very similar approach. Much more fun to get 2 accounts to T8 with different builds rather than 1 account to Dragon Cup. My only Relic Regret was not getting Ruinous on my melee build without Kandarin... yikes it was so bad.
its just preference, ss = sustain, beserker = dps if you have a shadow you'll have no issues with prayer, maybe used 30 pray pots over 100+ raids, typically just to have some excess for vespula redemptioning occasionally
all the responses below are correct but yeah 1st acc: ~5 days (nolife) 2nd acc: ~10 days (chill) best method for league imo: 1: open task menu/sort wiki tasks by % complete, pick 10 tasks and write them down. 2: do the 10 tasks 3: repeat sets of 10 work best and allow you to wiggle things in while maintaining a straight line focus between activities, make sure to afk something while you pick 10 or plan

Did SS on a mage build feel like a waste at all? I don’t really wanna worry about prayer if I go ruinous powers on a mager
