although I don't have physical a*use trauma, I was a neglected child and now my parents are going through a messy divorce. I know EVERYTHING about their relationship, even the seggsual part. I feel hatred towards myself and I feel like I'm an a*user and I'm the one who messed them up, but actually I know that's not true. Your music, voice, words calm my nervous system. I have an anxiety disorder (a pretty ugly one) and I can literally feel my heart rate drop when I listen to your songs. They help me so much. The energy of the music reflects my stormy feelings. When I listen to your music, I feel like a neglected mermaid lost in a stormy sea, but instead of panic, I let the waves take me with the flow and find peace. You inspire me to move forwards and I will forever be grateful to you! Keep the up the amazing work!!!

It got worse after they had her and my mom cheated on my dad not even 1 or 2 years after. Thankfully I got away from my toxic household in 2020. Sadly my siblings are still there tho and it got worse when I left. All my siblings(13,20,and 22) except the youngest struggling with their mental health. The youngest (8 now) just having to watch it all. I can't do anything to help. But these songs help me process my feelings better and helps me know I'm not alone. I can be strong. And one day I will help them. I haven't forgotten them. I hope they'll be OK.
