1:29 I don't work for an brake nor bike company. Bu here is wha ti know: Different tolerances, lack of facing of post mounts, so they are uneven so caliper sits at an angle, you can't get it right if manufacturer has paint overspray, and posts are not even. Sadly it's an common issue. And then there are different hub tolerances, posts might not be centred. If using brake rotors with big rivets they might cause clearance issues, so you might have to have the caliper roff centre.
But these are not the only issues manufactures make, misaligned bottom bracket shell, misaligned bottom bracket threads, misaligned press fit BB shell, different tolerances and ovalized, different sizes on each side of bb shell, so bb creaks, or can't be installed, cus bot eis too small or too big, or not even round. Same thing with head tubes.

The tandem full suspension e bike is an meme, but Nicolai bikes makes tailored frames, they made one for Martin Ashton from GMBN. So his friend can pedal and Martin can steer, so riding becomes team work. But they used it for few interviews where and famous rider gets interviewed and pedals, while Aston interviews.

There is a fix for the brake calliper problem it’s called crosshair from Hayes and it makes it super simple to Center the brakes.

Yes, and it's an old trick to drill a hole at the end of a crack to stop the crack from spreading. This trick can be used in any material. But a crack in a stressed spot like a bottom bracket?

I never see something small as huge. But I don't take hallucinogens, nor see things thst are not there. But nor do I ride with VR goggles connected to an Gopro with fisheye lens.
