Hello - thank you for the recipe, I made it yesterday and it was delicious will be adding it to my approved cookbook entries; the only thing was I ended up with a massive amount of filling left. Next time I am going to double the pasta and just make and freeze for future dinners. I have placed the filling in freezer bags, hopefully there will not be a problem when I thaw for in the future [will make sure I let it drain a while] . Maybe my butternut squash was a little too big, but I do not think so.

This looks good,i would substitute the all purpose floor with either spelt or chic pea flour,thank you for sharing this and for not using eggs in this either

Pepperpot666 thank you! Yeah definitely not hard to make. Well that was sauce for all 35 of them so really if you only 5-6 since they end up being pretty big it wouldn’t be too bad! Otherwise they’re so flavorful without the sauce you don’t even need it!

Those ravioli look amazing and not that hard to make. I just need to find an alternative for the sauce with less calories :)

Can you make a tofu ravoli I thought about it because I know that Ricotta and tofu have that same texture. I may be right I may be wrong.😂😂
well this is using tofu to make ricotta :)
Great recipes. But you don’t need a partner for your dough. Just add the filling towards the bottom and then flip the top over it. Much easier.
