- It has finally happened! The Tomorrowland transit authority peoplemover has opened at the Magic Kingdom! Today is the fantastic return of this amazing attraction at Walt Disney World. We also had a great time at Starbucks and at one point we even got stuck on the peoplemover.

Yeah if they ever bring back the PeopleMover at Disneyland, they need to completely gut the track. Rocket Rods did a number on it. And getting rid of the track alone would be an expensive feat, since they would be forced to close every single ride in Tomorrowland (and it wouldn't be a short-term closure either). It could cause issues to lose an entire land as the old track is removed and a new one is built
while the Disneyland PeopleMover is defunct (for now), it's nice to see it still thriving and moving people at Magic Kingdom

Michael! I'm so glad you were able to get to MK for the Peoplemover yesterday. I was watching Resort TV1 live streaming and kept thinking "I wonder if Michael is able to get to the park?". Mike, you are really very good at your videos, those slow mo are wonderful! Congrats! And I also love the People Mover. When I was a kid (a million years ago) I rode on the People Mover in Disneyland. Although I was very young, I do remember it being as wonderful and relaxing as the one in Magic Kingdom. I wish I could go back again someday, I’ve only been there once. We were very fortunate to go several times to Disneyland though.

Michael - please help me understand the excitement for this people mover re-opening? It just takes you slowly around a track. Nothing happens on the ride. You get an interesting view of Space mountain (sometimes when the lights are on because SM has malfunctioned). Overall, it's pretty underwhelming. I'm happy that you're happy; just don't understand any reason to be excited about this???!!!???

So glad to see the Peoplemover is back! It's my favorite thing to do in the middle of the day as a break from the heat and the go go go of the other rides. You get some great views of the park and usually a breeze while taking a break off your feet. I'm loving seeing everybody on your vlogs- I've been a subscriber of Adam's a long time, too.
Can't wait to get back to WDW in October and ride the People Mover again!

Michael (and Dani and Adam), I am watching you walking through the parking lot with your mask on. Since the CDC just today said you can do certain things outside without a mask (I know, this was filmed 2 days ago.), do you think Disney will allow you to walk through a parking lot without one? And Adam is right, the slo-mo portion turned out great.
