I did everything here. I can join, but none of my friends can. And then after like 20 minutes it goes off line and I lose the ability to restart and make the server go online with txAdmin.
Its a local hosted server meaning only people using the same IP address as you can join. Late reply but hope it still helps.

He may need to manually set the key bind for the menu
