Hamilton and Oakville are not comparable cities. Check out Ancaster, it’s a good in between.

Top 5 ? without College Park, South Oakville, Eastlake , Morrison or Falgarwood?
Anything north of Upper Middle is nowhere near top 5.

There are public catholic schools, and public schools within Halton Region school boards but I'm not sure if there'd be a private school there. Depends on what you are looking for
