Driver [Hack] - Winterland Desert

This can be done on any level (or any PlayStation game) if you know how to change certain palette colors and other stuff like models to different ones.
Things done in this video:
-Some palettes changed to snow (it took some time to find the right colors)
-Replaced buildings and other stuff with other objects
-Enabled Snow
-Disabled Desert Training entirely
-Disabled HUD
One problem is that if i pause the game the palettes glitch. This is one of the things i need to fix.
