It will not become hard in fridge. If in case, the cake becomes little hard, you can remove the cake from fridge 30 minutes before serving. The cake will become soft again.

I have tried this cake sponge more than 6 times till now. Everything is okay except the cake texture. My cake never turn out as JALIDAR, fluffy and spongy as yours. My cake only rise 2 cm of batter and more like pound cake. Can you tell me why?❤
@@MadhavisKitchen I have tried again 3 times but no luck. I have changed my baking soda and powders and I am following as exactly as the recipe mentioned but my cake rise only 2 cm of the batter (not as much as yours). Can u tell me why my cake is not rising?

maybe the oven aur Kadai in which you are baking is very hot so the cake rises suddenly and then sinks or maybe the batter is too thin.
