Err..Its not from Fate/Tiger Colosseum, but from the sequel VN "Fate/Hollow Ataraxia".
Its one of the minigames you can unlock and play :X

If I remember well Lancer and Rider have A in speed (Assassin is the only one with A+). Usually Lancer always dies because of his E Luck but Archer and Rider have E Luck too and they are fine :/
