So the negative and positive signs are associated with cash in flows and outflows, Is there an example where we’d add a negative for the payment? Warm Regards
My BA II Plus repeatedly computes a PV of -4,938.10 for the first problem, computes an I/Y of 311.91 for the second problem and computes an N of 5.06 for the third problem. Anyone know why? I don't.
make sure P/Y is set to 1 instead of 12. This ensures the payment period matches with the interest period. Hit [2nd] [I\Y] and make sure to change that to a 1.
Weird pet peeve, but can ya'll teach your voice over guy to stop smile-speaking so much? It's really weird and makes it hard to focus. I had to mute and just turn on subtitles LOL

Haven't you changed other parameters (like P/Y) ?
@@hometeachers530 Yep. This fixed it. Was set to 12.
My results are the same. I don't know how to fix it
@@cadeosvideos I was getting the same results, I reset my calculator and it works now.

All my results are different. shit
Make sure payments per period or year (P/Y) is set to 1 instead of 12.
Hit [2nd][I\Y] and make sure you see a 1 instead of 12.
