I disagree. Her Sword Stance profs are random and only really proc when the enemy is broken, or after Sushang Ults. Her Technique doesn’t even give her any buffs
For crit Sushang she's really annoying, I think they wanted to discourage the playstyle which would explain her focus on just speed and break effect eidolon. Break Sushang though, 11/10, absolute monster, very fun speed demon, neutral sp super break abuser.

This is why I love trailblazer over traveler, the upgrades trailblazer gets are just crazy.
it really does feel like they are starting to stray away from paths being certain archetypes, with acheron being a nihility focused towards ultimate dmg and htb having the abilities to outdamage a dps
Yep, even from way back to Huohuo's release, she is half abundance, half harmony already. They certainly make characters that thread in multiple paths these days that like harmony MC that is on the harmony path, but instead of focusing on buffing, she straight up does more damage than an erudition character 😭
It's never been stated that any specific path couldn't do damage with any specific skill or ultimate. The paths only define what's the main mechanic with which a character works. Acheron works via debuffs one way or another.
This is shortsighted, we just don't have the full picture from how limited other games are, and how creative hsr devs are with the designs. Gives me flashbacks from League of Legends when people complained supports were actually treated as players instead of ward bots after the overhaul.
Really should get those HMC eidolons, they do help. I buckled down yesterday and got E5.
I've been enjoying Silver Wolf in this lineup. But seeing the likes of Trailblazer and Gallagher hitting over 200k when everything lines up will not get old anytime soon.

You've ought to try Dr. Ratio with her, Ruan Mei-HMC's delay is such a good sustain that you can fit a break Silver Wolf for even more breakage and damageage.

As far as i have noticed, i have been doing 100k with with xueyi (no ruan mei) so i would say HMC might not need ruan mei but with ruan mei the damage is ridiculously ridiculous.
As a fellow non Ruan Mei haver imma have to ask for the builds
I can see a team of Sushang, Boothill, Ruan Mei, and either a sustain or Harm MC being a solid team, as Boothill has that weakness implementation of smth
Can you try replacing RM with a def shredder like SW or pela? Luka wasnt able to buff Sushang break dmg unfortunately but def shred should be able to work

I've been maining Sushang since I started playing actually. I maintain that her sword stance damage should count as follow-up attacks. That alone would massively buff her. If it also dealt toughness damage though... that would be nice...

Can someone explain this breakdmg? I mean, if we normal atk, the dmg is lower than when we ult.... Does it have its own scaling in different atks? What about FuA's?
It scales off character level (because break dmg scales off of it), toughness reduction of the atk (usually skills have 60 or 2 break units while ultimates have 90 or 3 break units, which is why ults deal mostly higher dmg) and last enemy resistance and def multips.
Edit: Forgot to mention it scales off of Break effect. And atk stat doesn't do anything.

Just tried a Sushang team using tingyun (For Fast Ults and I don't have Ruan Mei), HMC, and Aventurine, Got a 3 cycle clear on MOC 11 second half, so yes, this did make Sushang very good. Unfortunately if her sword stance dealt toughness damage, I think her damage would be even better.
if that happens, Sushang will wear a sheriff outfit with a cowboy hat and also sell her chicken and her sword for a fancy revolver XD
E4 is really powerful, mc give 15% of their BE to whole party except themself, no limits.
Just shove all the BE you can get on them! 😆
7:35 Sushang E1 only generate sp when using skill on broken enemy, you wouldn't get sp by breaking them.
As you used Luka as sub dps here, use him next with pure BE build dps.
But make sure to break with him, the break & superbreak dmg by him would be super nutty. You lose so much dmg if you break boss with anyone else.

You should break with HMC to get action delay by +100% (up to 200% if the enemy doesn't resist the imprison debuff), instead of breaking with Sushang or Luka. This strategy can be more effective, even without Ruan Mei. GG anyway!
So more or less u can run ruan mei, hmc, adventurine and whoever that can break enemy element and should be all fun and laughs

RM is still a better support char than SW especially against lots of enemies cuz RM can delay the recovery of toughness bar. That will extend the weakness-broken state; HMC and the team can do more super break damage.
Maybe including both in a team and building SW to have a little bit more break effect is the way though? 🤠
