The whole Penacony is like a club. People is high/drunk and crazy.

so im one of those people who cant locate mr sodas. so the reason behind this is we can only interact with one clue and the solution is, just go to every shuttle and interact with it if there is a festival wiki then do the puzzle to proceed the hidden challenge. do the hidden challenge then repeat to finding a shuttle that has festival wiki.
