- Another tribute for the Governor! This time using footage from the Season 4. I tried to show what the lyrics says, "all that shines turns to rust". Once, Philip Blake was a loving father, a family guy, but then the end of the world came, and even when it seemed like he became once again the person he was before... there are some things you can't come back from.

Will forever be my favourite character. His story is tragic to me. He just wanted to be a father but ended up turning into a psychopath in the process of tryna be the best father in his own dimented way
I love this video. I loved The Governor. He's such a complex, confused character. In a way, I think him and Rick had a respect for each other. They were both trying to protect the people they loved and it in the way of each other. If that hadn't happened, the could have been a very interesting team. Rick standing for Morality and Law and The Governor standing for what NEEDS to be done, no matter the costs. It would have been interesting to see.
Kinghall14 At least the Governor has personality. The Neagan is just a run of the mill psychopath that is the leader of peasant rabble that can't march in a straight line. Honestly, the show better improve the Neagan like they did the Governor because there's no point in watching that asshole doing the same shit simply because no one can stop him.
I agree the governer and rick would've made an interesting team especially against negan, a stare down between negan and the governer would've just been amazing just for the fact that the governer wouldnt have backed down to negan

I really loved the video, I like characters like this, the "evil or bad men" always complex in their rationality. They didn't make these choices thinking I'm evil. They thought they were doing the right thing even when they didn't, It makes them more human. Life is not black and white and it shouldn't be portrayed as such in film, so they did an amazing job showing mans avarice for power.

Awesome character and an outstanding performance by David! Would love to see him reprise the role if they ever adapt the Rise of the Governor trilogy into movies someday.

@Malia Lugo No, he didn't. He showed hardly any symptoms of being a psychopath. A killer, yes. But not a psychopath.

Me encanto. De todos los tributos que vi del Gobernador, este es el más completo, me gusta que muestres todas las cosas malas que hizo, o casi todas en 1 minuto (Incluyendo, la muerte de Milton y el asesinato de los soldados de la Guardia Nacional) Y ademas eres el único que muestra los carteles con los que se siente identificado el Gob. A mi lo que me encantaba de este personaje era que protegía a su gente, y que a la hora de hacer lo que debía, lo hacia. Ademas de sus geniales formas de matar!! (Realmente me entristece que lo mataran) Me gustaría que me dijieras de donde eres? si no te molestaria :D
