《时光行》是一首为单簧管和中国扬琴而写的二重奏作品，其创作缘起于我的两位朋友：Michel Marang，一位数次来中国做音乐之旅的荷兰单簧管音乐家。西门媚，一位定居成都，用文字和绘画记录日常生活的作家。作品中，单簧管奏出抒情旋律，好似一位穿越时光而来的旅人，穿梭于扬琴创造的场景里流连忘返：车窗外的风景，林间的鸟鸣，围火听书的人群，黄昏时刻，这些音乐场景正与西门媚的几幅画作相呼应。
Time Travel is a duet work for clarinet and Chinese dulcimer. It was
inspired by two of my friends: Michel Marang, a Dutch clarinetist who has
made several musical trips to China. Ximen Mei, a writer and painter living in
Chengdu, records daily life in words and paintings.
In the music, the clarinet, with its haunting melodies and rich tones, transports listeners on a journey through time. It weaves its way gracefully
through scenes created by the dulcimer, painting vivid images in our minds.
The landscape outside the train window, the birdsong in the forest, the crowd
around the fire listening to the storyteller, the moment at dusk. These musical scenes are echoed in several of Ximen Mei's paintings.
