The layout is nice BUT a bit old fashion, too white. Dont really like the amount of tables n chairs...feels like a goverment building. Some parts are good especially the outside living space...the rest just ok. And too spacious. It dont feel cosy.

RM $10 million? Dirt cheap. Equal to approx S$2.94 million which cannot even get you a landed house now let alone a small terrace in Singapore! In Singapore such house featured here would fetch no less than S$40 million up which equals to approx RM$135 million upwards!😆😆😆😆
