- POV Drive of the BRAND NEW 2019 BMW X5 50i, the twin turbo V8 version that has 456HP just like the current M550i! This is a none M car and it feels like a rocket. I can't wait to see what the X5M will be like.

Had an X4 M40i and LOVED IT....But getting the X6 X50i ....its an absolute beast with the Twin V8....so fun!! Let my Wife drive it and she giggles at the acceleration when she pounds it to the boards! BMW Love
Every pre M version is seriously fast, 50i is the sportiest and best sounding model with more classical look. Btw. Can be faster 4.4 sec.

Got to drive one of these recently. Let's just say getting on the interstate is no trouble... absolutely flies. every bit as fast as my tuned 335i

I love my 2011 50i it’s such a beast specially in m/s 😅 but the newer 50i’s the sound is more consistent

This car was sold a few months back, If I remember correctly it had the DHP. It was the first 50i M-sport we got and was fully loaded.

Best exhaust of the new German super SUV's. The new BMW performance specs were very conservative from real world. I bet 0-60 mph is 4.0 seconds in the 50i M Sport. M-Sport exhaust in the 50i sounds like a beast.

Dylan Fisher we already have several Dragy 4.3 , 4.22 seconds 0-60 with a full tank of gas at a high altitude. Go visit the G05 BMW forum. It will get 4.0 seconds 0-60 mph. Nuff said.
I agree with Dylan the d'best eye seeing is 4.2
AMG 63 competes with X5 m which is going to have over 600 horsepower

Love the nice beautiful exhaust way to go BMW, V8 hear me roar, nice sound better than Mercedes GTS.
They have done an amazing job making the new V8s sound great.

Yes it has the M-Sport Exhaust, it is a standard feature when you chose M Sport Package.

Having the F15 M50d. Sound is similar, although of course not quite as awesome. But quite quick, too.
Poorest thing: We Germans designed it, "build" (in America) it and cannot buy it because of environmental regulations. What?!
The M50i is going to replace the 50i this year and with the new 4.4 V8 (850i got it) under the bonnet it's likely to make its way here to europe as well. Since all 6d-Temp regulations are met on that engine.
