I used to buy the baggy cargo pants and i'd cut two small holes in the ankles and run shoe laces through them and tie them up so they were snug on the ankle, keeping them from falling under the shoe

For every style, there's always someone out there that can make it work. TJ is one of those dudes, wasn't really feeling it at first but after watching him more, learning about him and his personality, his shits tight . Dope as hell he did all that for the fool that made those pants. Stand up dude. I'd love to have some custom pants. I just assumed he was Canadian before he mentioned it lol.
