Brilliant video. We really like York, we actually got engaged there last year! I'm also going to give the York Marathon a go in October so this was a good opportunity to see some of the course hopefully.
Great running as usual Al. There was a similar bridge at the Great North ultra, now I'm not great with motion sickness so I had to stop when I crossed the bridge to stop myself from throwing up, I was at the back catching every wave of the bridge🤢
@@angelabrown6100 oh no, I can’t imagine it will have been pleasant for those with motion sickness! Yeah, back of the group just amplifies the bounce doesn’t it!
Great Video as always Al, and despite being ill for four days before this race , I did indeed gain a PB for the York 10K , now it must be down to those sleek AL PEPPER RUNS vests , what else could it be? Also great to speak just before the start . Maybe see you next year at the same event if not before, Keep on with the videos, we all await in eager anticipation each week .
Haha thought i saw you there, gutted I didn't hunt you down for a famous fist bump now haha. Well done on a solid run 👌
@@TheRunningWhale ha, thank you! How did you get on?!
@@AlPepperRuns Managed to get around in 46:30. Earlier this year that would have been 50 minutes so really chuffed 🙂

When will we see you at a Hardmoors Al Pepper!! Great running, it's s tricky course at York, lots of turns that slow you down, so great time!
