Baithak 3-Kali Stuti Mata Kalika- Kathak by Guru Smt Rajashree Oak

Baithak- An evening of Indian Classical Dance and Music, is a regular feature of the Natanam Studio.
Baithak - literally means Lounge- a small intimate, cozy and comfortable space where like minded people get together to enjoy various performing arts. Every such baithaks would showcase some upcoming young artists and also some renowned artist, presenting their art form to a select audience. This would give a platform to all the new upcoming artist and promote Indian classical music and dance at the same time allow them to closely interact with the stalwarts of their own field of music and dance.
In this video, Guru Rajashree Oak and her student Siddhi, presents a Kali Stuti with some traditional bols and kaviths. Guru Rajashree Oak is a Senior kathak Guru in Mumbai and heads her own institute NrityaSamskar Kathak Academy.
Natanam Studio for Performing Arts is an initiative of Kathak Darpan Cultural Centre , a Cultural Charitable Trust founded by our Guru Late Shri Bireshwar Gautam and currently managed and operated by Dr PIyush Raj.
Natanam Studio for Performing Arts is a creative space for all performing artists to conceptualize, rehearse, teach and learn all forms of Indian Classical Dance and Music.
