Crane load in ConSteel 9

Eurocode or user defined crane load can be placed manually on the
model or by loading a previously analysed influence graph.
New function automatically calculates the proper wheel loads and creates the necessary crane load groups. In case of influence graph loading, the dominant crane load group and the positions of the trolley are automatically identified.
