RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Cauliflower is ready!
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
1 yellow bell pepper.
Stir.
3 potatoes.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil.
Dried garlic.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetables are ready!
Butter 3 tablespoons.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Vegetable broth 2 cups / 500 ml.
Mix well.
Milk 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil.
Mozzarella 100g / 3.52oz.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 teaspoons.
Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon.
1 garlic.
Dill.
1 cucumber.
Salt. Black pepper.

Got kind of lost this looks really really good but the yogurt and dill mixture on the side. What do you do with that? I would try this except with my daughter. She’s strictly vegan and will have to substitute vegan cheese and almond or cashew coconut milk. I’m sure it will taste as good.

Instead of using white four I use a dark grained flour and less butter /to much fat, half will do as well. Tried this dish already by another provider from a recipe. 🙏

Mozzarella is near tasteless, would be much tastier using sharp cheddar and less salt.
I've tried similar recipes that use parmigiano cheese on top instead of mozzarella.
It tastes ok. Was a bit bland. My sauce wasn't cooked long enough because it was still a bit runny.
If you wanted to include eggs, how many would you use?
