To fix the slime block u have to replace 6 of the furnaces with obsidian and I’m talking about the ones at the bottom

I love this one so much out of all the hidden bases that you’ve made, this one has been my FAVORITE one!! ❤😍 The redstone mechanism is so cool and the design of the secret base is just perfect for me 😉 Also.. you dug 1 more layer inwards for the bathroom so now it’s 6x5, even tho it was supposed to be 5x5, but still, it was pretty cool overall! This will not work if you are using the "bedrock" version of minecraft. Some of the properties of redstone are not the same.

the mistake is, at 32:50 the breadth of 5/5, when will make the area become 5/6
The slime block part on the sticky piston didn't work
The slime block stuck to the blocks surrounding it and when those blocks couldn’t move upwards the slime block wouldn’t either

Jvon roble i never completed it because you know, i didnt know how to connect the pistons. I didnt have a gaming computer so I built it with the first ipad ever made.
it still works in 1.16 peeps! don't worry, this amazing dudes work has not gone to waste
also, here is a list of materials (not including the building blocks like stone and grass):

slime block: 1
lots of lava buckets (depends on the size of your lava lake)

I also have a problem when I placed redstone it doesn't open.
Because the underground redstone and repeater doesn't get electricity. But how yours is working ?
Not all versions support the redstone torch to open stuff, and not all versions will let you launch off piston/slime with those furnaces like that. At 5:29 you see a button, break grass block above it, click button, it will open. Then at 11:13 you see another button, if that one does not work, tunnel on the backside, far left of the piston/slime until you can hit the first button which can open and close on a single circuit if you have trouble.

2022 ps5 update. You can build a base like this, but you have to completely redo the red stone. The button part works good, but the pistons don’t work. Look up how to do a double switch circuit and you customize an easy design based of this. Also it’s awesome to add some hidden doors and have even deeper bigger rooms ❤️ love the build, thank you.

If the furnaces dont work with the slime then use obsidion instead. slime does not stick to obsidion. this also goes for bedrock

I don’t think having a massive lava lake and a lone block next to it would be very secret, but props to u on the door mechanisms
Lava lakes are a natural thing, plus one dirt block popping out of the ground isn't uncommon
