How to perform a Lamination Patch Test | Supercilium

Keeping the safety of clients is vital for every brow artist. To ensure this safety a patch test needs to be conducted for clients who wish too receive a brow lamination or a lash lift. This patch test os very similar to a henna patch test as it also needs to be performed 48H before the desired appointment.
1) Start by cleaning the area behind your clients ear with our Supercilium Pro Cleanser.
2) To conduct the test you can use a Silicon Brush or a Micro Brush and apply a pea-sized amount of solution No.1 The Relaxing Solution, No. 2 The Laminate Solution, No. 3 The Nourishing Elixir, and the Bonding Serum if that is intended to be used.
3) After 15 to 20 minutes you can remove the solution with a cotton pad. If itching, redness, burning, rash, swelling, blistering or skin weeping occur during this time or the next 48H after the patch test do not perform a brow lamination or lash lift on your client.
Tipp: A one-time patch test is no guarantee that an allergic reaction will not develop in the future! As humans we can develop an allergy due to hormonal changes in any given time. Therefore, we advise to patch test recurring clients every six months.
