This guy doesn't miss. Evey interview I've seen him in his answers are so full and robust. No matter how simple the question. The battle of wit and vocabulary has already been won with him. He's done well by teaching himself to be a renaissance man
This has to be the first interview I've seen with Rege where the interview doesn't ask him about the sex scenes in Bridgerton.

Emma has such a quiet, sharp intelligence, it’s beautiful, which is somewhat of an addition to how stunning she is.
Also Regé-Jean Page has the broadest, shiniest smile of anyone I’ve ever seen, it’s unreal. I haven’t watched Bridgerton but gosh I can see why he’s such a big character 🤯

I've already watched Bridgerton season 1 three times. Watching Rege here makes me want to watch Bridgerton for a fourth time because I can't get enough of listening and watching this INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS AND TALENTED man.
Love how thoughtful Rege is in his questions to Emma! His looks distract from how intelligent he is... and also loved the playful, friendly chemistry between him and Emma! Terrific!!
I love the part where he said he asks for the shoes of his character and walks around in them...he brilliantly brings the characters he portrays to life by walking in their shoes..😀

Yes!!! I have watched many of these, over the years. I’ve always enjoyed them. However, as much as I liked both shows and the actors in their parts, I had no clue they would be so very engaging and the conversation so joyful, yet intelligent. Brilliant pairing!

I think Emma pulled off the impossible - she played one of the most famous/photographed people in history flawlessly. Just a staggering achievement.

I think both of these actors performed exceptionally well. They were perfectly cast and both of them played amazing characters that the audience fell in love with, The writing for both of them was amazing, but particularly for Rege, the writing was superb. It felt like the role was made for him. I've seen a few actresses cast as Diana who didn't work. Emma brought her A game to this show and hopefully she is being recognized for it. I do think both of them should continue in these roles as long as they can because they are very rare opportunities to show off their acting chops in these wonderful characters that highlight their strengths. I've seen Rege in other shows that did not afford him the same depth and he really shows what he is capable of doing as a leading man in Bridgerton.
IKR, but I just feel his complete exist is wrong! Anthony is his friend, Or something went wrong I mean, at least let him show his face a bit we understand it’s about the siblings but we don’t really care who it’s about, a lot of people care it was a good show in general and he made it even more, if leaving was his decision I sincerely don’t think he made the right or best choice! I hope he doesn’t act on impulse like some of us do! God am just going to miss this beautiful being in the next season am just trying to console myself the best way by accepting whatever is s2🤞
@@debbya9509 They wanted him to come back but he didn’t want to. He clearly has said that the reason why he was interested in doing the show was because it was a one season arc. He has implied he doesn’t want to be pigeonholed to one role.

Also he had other projects in place and commitments.

I can only recommend you to watch these two series, The Crown and Bridgerton, if you haven’t yet cuz each one is a piece of art ! Everything is perfect : the cast, the locations, the music, the costumes... Wonderful ! ✨

Lovely to see how much Rége-Jean is loved, especially in the role of the Duke of Hastings. I really don't think any other actor could portray the same character traits as he does. Brigderton certainly couldn't get the same ratings, if he doesn't appear in it, in my opinion.

It looks like a digital background. Look at the edges around his shoulder when the camera zooms into him. It's not crisp, it's blurry, which is usually how you know someone has a digital background.
