While going for makeup
@divyavermaofficial246 yes you have to apply sunscreen before primer. I too, have very dry sensitive skin so I would suggest you to use minimal products as possible. For example : face wash - moisturizer - sunscreen - skin tint/light weight foundation

@@divyavermaofficial246 I would highly recommend Chetali Chadha's and Srishti's diary UA-cam channels for sensitive skin skincare. As far as makeup is concerned, Prakriti Singh and Arnakshi Patgiri's UA-cam channels can guide you on beginner friendly makeup. In my case, I have had a fair share of trial and errors, so if you want I can let you know which products I use for my skincare and makeup.
