Females मैं blood का volume males की अपेक्षा इसलिए कम हो ता है?
Because in females estrogen hormone has an inhibitory effect on erythropoietin. While erythropoietin is a stimulator of rbc production so decrease production of rbc.
On the other hand in male testosterone has got a stimulating effect on erythropoietin thus increase the RBCs production in males....
