1:02 "it's like saying you're not allowed to see your children for two months" so heartbreaking 1 like = 1 prayer for injured crossfitters
High intensity, reps over form along with competing against other people every session means more injuries
Trying to justify higher injury rates lol
obviously this guy is happy with crossfit cuz it brings him all his customers lol
Psycho-social does mean having 👫 friends. Not going to CrossFit is like not seeing your kids🤷♂️ CrossFit is cult, CrossFit is bad form performed at speed for max reps.

He spoke a lot and said absolutely fucking nothing.
Encouraging injuries by over training lol
Also the bad form with pullups. Like dude, just do a normal pullup. Flailing about isn't doing your joints any favors
summarization of the video: "look at these datas that I specifically picked which showed that people are just hating on Crossfit, and look at these datas which i also specifically picked that shows crossfit has healthy benefit, but i'm not going to mention these health benefits can be produces by ANY physical activities. yes. i know they create more injuries, but it's because we over-train, which is the main point of crossfit, but i'm not going to talk abt that. And i'm also not going to talk about the bad forms. Please keep doing crossfit, I have a lot of crossfit client"
Thanks for the info. I like the aproach.
Crossfit is BS and a great way to get injured. Good income for physios
I want to like Crossfit I do.
But there are so many issues wlth it.
No the butterfly pull ups are not better in any way than a regular pull up. That's not an opinion it's a fact. So instead of wasting their times with those butterfly pull ups, why not learn to do regular pull ups really fast? It's gonna give you so much more. Same thing with the Handstand Push ups.
Why are they insisting on kicking their legs looking like a frog caught upside down?
Why not learn to do regular Handstand Push ups faster?
It's better for you.
Then there's the cardio issue. You always hear about how crossfit athletes have soooo good cardio.
Yet if you watch the Crossfit games you can clearly see that they don't.
Take that 7 km run they did at the ranch. Mat Fraser won that and yet he is filmed several times WALKING.
Walking is not running.
It doesn't count.
A 7 km run consists of 7 km running.
I can do a 7 km run any day in very steap terrain without stopping and walking once.
In other words a guy like me, an average joe can do something that the best of the best that crossfit has to offer can't. Which is to actually run 7 km.
Another example of bad cardio is that competition they had in Dubai.
Where they ran 8 km and once again, just like with that 7 km run.
They stopped several times and walked. They don't have great cardio. That much is very clear.
There is more to cardio than long distance running
@@SantanaBanana47 Good one, you missed the entire point didn't you? The point and the fact is that they fail the distance run time and time again. They're not in shape for it. And it's a Crossfit event. So your excuse is invalid.
@@MrBeckenhimself that literally just means they train more for the other areas and neglect long distance running training. They are very good at preforming a lot of compound movements in quick succession. This also requires cardio. If they lack in one cardio event that doesn't mean CrossFit athletes don't excell in other areas that require good cardio.
@@MrBeckenhimself steady state cardio is only one type of cardio.
@@SantanaBanana47 Are you slow? The 7 km trail run IS a Crossfit event. How is it that you can't understand this? It's not that hard. It's a Crossfit event. Which means they are supposed to train for it, they are supposed to make it. And yet they didn't make it. Not only did they fail but they failed several times.
Crossfit is a sport that is high in explosive movement and the way it differs as far as its injury probabilities than other sports is that you are prone to injury anywhere in your body. But like stated here it is like any other sport. It comes with the territory. However, I do notice that certain movements in crossfit are performed with not only poor form but in an explosive way rep after rep. And there is where I see the real risk lies. People need to set their goals so that they choose what sport to undertake. If I want to build muscle mass then bodybuilding is what I must do. None other will get you there faster. If the object is competition with yourself or others and improve cardiovascular health, balance endurance etc then crossfit is the way to go. People demonize certain things when they are not knowledgeable enough and have had bad experiences as a result of things they didn't do well. Investigation and to know ones own body is key to sucess and fulfillment of your physical goals while staying consciously away from harm and injury.
This dude don't look fit at all
Psycho social bullshit is all this guy was talking
Let me tell you, if you wanna build real muscles, you need to do hyperplasia along with myofibrillar hypertrophy….. screwed CrossFit dumb exercises….
