    While lying on your back, hold your knees and gently pull them up towards your chest.
    Hold for 15 seconds and breathe.
    One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen.
    Slowly return to start position.
    Perform three repetitions twice a day for five days a week.
