Hi Sunshine! ♡ Welcome to another vlog where we share a short but exciting travel video to Savannah, Georgia. We hope this inspires you to research this quaint city and potentially schedule your own lit getaway. We'll be going back for a longer stay for sure.
Savannah is the oldest city in Georgia. It was a part of the original 13 colonies. We moved to the Savannah area 11 years ago and have loved living here more than any place we've lived. Savannah is a friendly town and it's fun too. We loved it that you can have your drinks in the streets too!! I'm so happy that you all had a fun experience here and enjoyed yourselves! Welcome back anytime! Next time go to Sorry Charlie's Seafood and go upstairs to the Bamboo Room Tiki Bar ... so cool and the drinks are awesome! Y'all are too much fun!!
When my wife and I first moved back to Atlanta we took a weekend trip to Savannah and thought we were back in Philadelphia. It definitely gives Baltimore and some parts of DC like you described. Atlanta wishes it looked like Savannah nowadays lol. Great city. Glad you guys enjoyed. 💯
- This video took us right back to when we had took the kids to Savannah Georgia … we loved it so much, we actually entertained the thought of moving there 😂 This video was well put together, I enjoyed watching this one !
hahaha...A girl of my own heart! If I enjoy a city I'm prepared to move there lol --- but then reality sets in. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment, appreciate you!
I am so glad you all enjoyed your visit to our city. Charleston is a lot bigger than Savannah. I find Savannah, Charleston and New Orleans are very similar to each other. As for our bridge, It was built in 1991 and the Ravenel bridge was built 10 years later, in 2001. The city is getting ready to replace this bridge with a bigger, higher bridge because ships coming into our port are bigger and taller.
Savannah is definitely very similar to Charleston when it comes to some of the views. Grew up about 45 minutes from Savannah and I recognized everything you passed on the way there. Their bridge looks similar to Ravenel too, but Ravenel is way bigger. Yall had fun in the streets, got some drinks and even some karaoke in! We're long overdue for a Savannah trip, been a while since we been there. Have you guys been to the Pooler area? It's not too far from Savannah and has lots of shopping and other things.
Wow! I had no idea you guys grew up so close to Savannah...I imagine you guys going there to have fun all the time. We haven't heard of the Pooler area, but I'll definitely research it and see what we can explore there. I'm always up for some shopping :-)
@@MIWTMyou should come back this weekend to catch st Patrick's day! It's like mardi gra in New Orleans almost but a savannah version. One of the biggest celebrations in the country
Love this. I’m even subscribing. Make that kid put that phone or tablet or whatever that thing is down. My nephew spent the summer with me and I locked his device up and we had the best summer ever.😊
I went to SAV for the first time last year with my cousin and we had a blast. Some of the places you showed we are and drank and had fun doing it! I have a great friend that relocated so I’m looking forward to my return. Glad you all had fun! Oh and your husband wasn’t lying when he said the Caribbean is Jamaica..all the other countries get grouped together 😂.
That is awesome! I can only imagine the fun y'all had...I think we need more than a few hours to fully experience it. Would you recommend any other places as a must visit while there?

Glad you enjoyed our city!
I love traveling to Savannah. It reminds me so much of New Orleans.
Such a vibrant city! And yes I can totally see that, especially with the bar carts and music
I hear that a lot
Hello I seen this was an older video . But the little parks you kept seeing we call them squares and each one represents something in history 😊
From a savannah local born and raised 😊
Oh wow… thank you so much for that add. Now I’m even more intrigued to return and learn about the history of each square. 🫶🏽

Jones St in Savannah is like a street in Center City Philadelphia, I felt the same thing.

Great city!!! Nice video!!
It was really a great city experience ☺️ thx for watching
Your mom lit ❤❤❤
which did y'all like more, Savannah or Charleston?
Hmmm… we love Charleston but Savannah also has more of an edgy vibe. So basically I can’t choose because they both are similar but different 😅
Loved the video! Also, Beaufort is the 2nd oldest city in SC. Not the 2nd largest.
Cool, thanks! 😊
😅😂 Not me saying duppy haffi fraid ah mi😂😅
lmao....I couldn't stop laughing!
I’m going there with my girlfriend and I can’t wait
You guys are going to have an awesome time!! Enjoy ☺️
