Personally, I'm 45 and in the best shape of my life. I worked in machine shops for about 15 years and I was sloppy as hell. Lacking in strength. Now I work outside doing anything and everything you can imagine. Logging, landscape, fence building, repairs of all kinds and types. I feel good. Moral of the story folks: don't stop moving. You'll die.
Ha! Recently realized the exact same thing. Lost my cardio over too long of a time period and now I am almost WORTHLESS. My cardio stamina and physical abilities will never again be the same as I remember them to have once been. Now, the most important thing is to keep my cell phone battery fully charged....so that I can call someone to come get me after I fall on my face.
Im 26 and not in great shape, i work as a welder, machinest, and all the odd jobs... it aint the age, its the milege, ive done all the dumb shit and am paying for it.
Thanks for stopping by for an unusual video for my channel. Next week I'll be back to reviewing red dots and talking about gunpowder.
We ain't here for product or reviews. We're here for your silly ass. 😂😂😂 Keep the videos coming!
@joshuagibson2520 Thanks, I appreciate that.
I'm about to turn 72, just finished hand digging a 115 ft trench in hard clay soil for septic lines. Building my house by myself
Thats amazing and a great lesson for many of us

Do you have a link for the bike?
I need a wheelchair treadmill lol
What's wrong with walking? It's less prone to injury than running.
