Fab Video! Thank you. What I find very true is that your ideal client is YOU, before you have overcome certain challenges, the type of woman you are. You can never really tune in with your ideal client issues so if your ideal client is YOU you know her inside out.
Thank you Lauren!! I've watched this video several times and it's so helpful! I needed this...I'm one of those Personal Stylist that you mentioned who is in business but not making any major profits and now I see part of the reason why. This video could not have come at a more perfect time, it has really changed my perspective and has given me hope and direction. I consider my talents valuable but now I know that I cannot attract my perfect client without first determining who she is. I love your videos and I appreciate how willing and open you are to helping other Personal Stylists succeed. I love your style and the positive and chill vibe you allude...and your from the DMV like I am! 😊Your amazing success and achievements is inspiring...I see the potential of where I can be and that I CAN be a successful and profitable Personal Stylist as you. I look forward to taking your class in the near future!
I just spent twenty minutes looking for the third video only to realize I was looking at your most recent video! ^_^ This is SO fantastic. I can't wait!
What's the name of the author for the brand called me book? I checked Amazon but there seems to be many books with that name so I want to make sure I'm getting the right book 😊
Hi Lauren, New subbie here! My passion is to be a personal stylist. I’m degreed with a MBA in Business Administration and can’t find a “job”. So my thinking is I’m in a good spot to start doing what I love. Your video is so inspiring and insightful. I watched part 1 which gave me a whole breakdown of the different stylist types. Thanks for this information, I am confident that this is my lane which is personal styling “the everyday person”. I love to look great and making other people feel and look great as well. 👍🏾💯🙌🏾
I wanna know how you got into styling like the first break you got? I would be really pleased if you could do video on that, which has all the explanation of the time you started then, the ups and downs you faced to be where you are now
I think after I budget for it, I’d like to take your stylist class. I feel like something regarding minimalism is where I would fit in. Also, someone around my age (mid 20’s) with a modest budget. But I also want to extend it into self-care and even home organization. I don’t want to get too crazy and broad, though.
This is a theory that could be applicable in a number of situations, it seems. For instance, if I want a couple of new girlfriends to hang out with, I could apply this process imagine where the kind of ladies I like to socialize with would, shop, eat hang out. Very interesting.
How about working with single mom entrepreneurs? Is that a specific enough specialization? I was practically raised by a single mom since my parents divorced when I was a child. My specialty is making the single momprenurs feel special and like #Girlbosses by providing packages that meet their specific needs as a successful, busy, single momprenur.
Omg that was awesome... I really really like the idea of pin pointing the target market. It has always confused me and drained me thinking but I wanna this and that and also that and really it's difficult.. Thank you.. Even though I'm an intern I think this preparation will help me carve my. Career path.. U r awesome 💓💋💘
Hi Miss Lauren my name is Candace and I ❤jewelery and accessorizing them. 🥰I have a passion for it and now I want to share my craft with the world. I want to begin the journey of styling but with jewelry. 🥰 Can you help me or point me in the right direction. Xoxo Candace 😘
Heeey! just loooove your vids! I'm a mom of three small children, my youngest is ten months old, and i've always known about the importance of looking good and presentable. I'm a musician, I'm currently on my third year of med school and that might seem like a lot, but I still manage to get some time for myself and try to look good. I really like this whole thing about being a stylist and it could be a "part time job" for me. But first of all I need you to please make a video of How to look great even when having small children and being a busy mom! thank you! You look great!!!!
"lame day job"? Girl... Some people can have a job and want to transition without thinking the previous job is lame. Get over yourself. Nice series though, but be mindful when scripting

This is so helpful not just for a Stylist also for a Fashion Influencer who wants the right kind of audience.
Great information! Loved it all.

Love your videos! Music is too loud, and somewhat distracting though
"Would Judy like this tweet?" hahahaha you had me laughing

What is styling package?
How did you start in the beginning though? A website right off the bat doesn’t work for everyone
What’s the best fashion college?
The brand you book? Where can I find it

No joke I go to Buffalo Exchange and find tip brands for less! I always can make anything expensive lol
Would working with women who have lost or are losing weight be considered a specialization?
Totally! One of my students specialized in women who had gastric bypass surgery.
Thanks! I'm looking forward to learning more in your class!
